  • CHECK AND ADVISE : INITIAL INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE FOUND NO CRANK CONDITION – BATTERY NOT HAVING ENOUGH VOLTAGE – TESTED THE BATTERY AND FOUND IT TO HAVE FAILED 193CCA OF 475 CCA READING. RECOMMEND REPLACING THE BATTERY. BATTERY REPLACED – ELECTRICAL SYSTEM NOW WORKING AS DESIGNED
  • CLEAN ENGINE AREA & ADD DYE TO SYSTEM – ADVISED CLIENT TO RETURN AFTER 100 – 200 MILES TO HAVE INSPECTED FOR LEAKS

  • REMOVE AND REPLACE BATTERY – CLEAN TERMINALS AND SECURE BATTERY IN VEHICLE
  • Remove surface charge. Test battery cranking capacity, starter cranking amperage, and alternator output at idle and 2000 RPM. Check battery terminals. Inspect belt for wear and proper adjustment. This tests for current condition of the electrical system, intermittent problems may appear. Print out test. *CLIENT IS ADVISED THAT A BATTERY THAT IS FAILING A TEST AND HAS WARRANTY COVERAGE, MUST BE CHARGED FOR A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS AND THEN RE – TESTED BEFORE ANY WARRANTY COVERAGE CAN BE APPLIED*
  • RESTORES YOUR VEHICLES A/C TO IT'S MAXIMUM COOLING CAPACITY – INCLUDES – EVACUATE AND RECHARGE SYSTEM UP TO 2 LBS. OF R134A – VISUALLY INSPECT COMPRESSOR, CONDENSOR, EXPOSED HOSES, DRYER AND FILTER, EXPANSION DEVISE (IF POSSIBLE), FAN CLUTCH, COOLING FAN, CABIN FILTER (IF POSSIBLE), BELTS – INSPECT FOR LEAKS REPLACE 2 SCHRADER VALVES THAT WE FOUND LEAKING – RECHARGED THE A/C SYSTEM AND IS NOW BLOWING AT 30 DEGREES. CLIENT IS ADVISED THAT NO FURTHER LEAKS ARE CURRENTLY BEING SEEN. IF THE SYSTEM STARTS TO BLOW WARM AGAIN IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BRING THE VEHICLE BACK IN FOR LEAK CHECK INSPECTION.
